Part replacement and cleaning

There is a cost-effective repair solution for defective EURO IV, EURO V and EURO VI truck & bus catalytic converters.

Instead of an expensive replacement, we replace the defective SCR catalytic converter block in the existing housing. We have developed a method for replacing the old catalytic converter with a prefabricated new part without cutting open the exhaust housing excessively. At the same time, we clean the metal parts inside and out so that the silencer looks completely reconditioned. It goes without saying that the new innards achieve the exhaust emission values of the original catalytic converter. Any OBD error messages disappear or can be reset. We offer SCR renewal for almost all common lorries and bus types. Send us your defective SCR silencer and you will receive it back technically and visually refurbished within a few days. You will save several thousand euros compared to a new part!
